Electronic machinery for the production of aluminum pressure cookware. All processes are performed by three cross carriages, all equipped with brushless motors with interpolated axis. The machine, in the first station, allows to make the holes of the handles by means of a punching unit while, in the second station, allows to trim the edge, bend the upper part of the edge by means of rollers mounted on the carriages, and finally trim the internal edge to obtain an oval, oriented with respect of the holes. Thanks to the automatic loading and unloading device, always moved by brushless motors, the machinery guarantees excellent production capacity. The whole machine is managed from a touch-screen panel, with the option of storing up to 500 working procedures, in which all the parameters related to carriages, loader and spindles are saved. Possibility of completing the supply with a swarf compactor for the collection of the production scraps.
