Machine with three-station rotating board and additional fixed station to orientate the piece, used to perform the drilling and tapping of the goujon in die-cast aluminum cookware products, in order to screw the handle. In the first station, an electronic loading and unloading device automatically loads the piece coming from a conveyor belt and deposits it on a rotating mold, on which the pre-orientation cycle is performed using the goujon; once the cycle has been carried out, the automatic loading device carries the piece on the rotating board, and upon depositing, the piece is precisely oriented by means of a pneumatic device. In the second station of the board the drilling of the goujon is performed, while in the following one the tapping is performed. At the end of the cycle, the piece is unloaded and another is loaded at the same time. Thanks to the three-arm automatic loading and unloading device and to the rotating table, the machinery has a high production capacity and is usually integrated within a high productivity line. In the standard machinery, the adjustments of all the units are made through the use of linear actuators that allow to store the positions according to the type of product to be processed. The whole machine is managed from a touch-screen panel, with the option of storing up to 500 working procedures, in which all the parameters corresponding to the positions of the units are saved.

Pneumatic press that marks the logo on the bottom of aluminum cookware with an air-oil press that develops a power of 14 Tons. The loading and unloading of the pieces can be performed manually by the operator, or automatically by means of a loading and unloading arm. Once positioned the piece, the operator proceeds to perform the logo marking cycle using a pedal. Its compact size allows to place it easily in the production line. The automatic loading and unloading device is optional.
