Our intention to always look forward is proven by our constant investments in new machinery, software for 3D design and quality control, and in the constant search for innovative solutions that have allowed our company to reach the quality standards requested by our customers.

In 1993 the President and founder Emiliano Bontempi decided to bring inside our factory all the processes necessary to the construction of the machines in order to guarantee the quality standards and the compliance with the lead times requested by a market that keeps evolving and becoming more and more demanding.

Since 1997 the design in BONTEMPI SRL is made in 3D by our professional designers: this allows us to build machines that are more precise and of different types in order to satisfy all the steps of the production of cookware, together with the possibility of evaluating in time any possible problem of the processing and of discussing it with the customer to agree upon the solution.

Mr. Bontempi has always taken care of its machines: our production department is constantly evolving following the innovations of the CNC machines’ market with the aim of producing our components with the maximum processing quality and a shorter cycle time.

In order to optimize the production times and keep every step of the building of the machine under control, in 1984 we implemented a welding and painting department.

The only metalworks produced outside our company are those of the presses. The selected supplier is assisted by our technical office during the production of these structures with remarkable volumes up to their normalization and certification.

Starting from 1995 we have employed electricians and electronic technicians for the internal production of electrical boards, touch-screen panels and interlocking systems for the management of the operational flow of our cookware production lines.

Our staff is currently composed of six electricians, three software technicians and two supervisors that design the electrical diagrams, realize the electrical boards, program our machines and also take care of their installation.

Our team has about ten specialized technicians and engineers, split between mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and software specializations, to carry out maintenance, repairs, installations and training of our machines.

Since the beginning of our activity, in order to assure the best service to our customers all over the world, we have decided to keep two well stocked spare parts stores in our factory: a store of components produced by our company and of commercial pneumatic and hydraulic components and a store of basic electrical and electronic components.

Bontempi S.r.l. designs both complete lines for the production of cookware and machines dedicated to some specific steps of the production of this sector, with the aim of ensuring the highest standards of the Industry 4.0. Moreover, all machinery produced by Bontempi can be provided with advanced automation, control, assembly and palletizing systems and with devices such as tablets, smartphones and cameras to control the functioning.
