1964 Emiliano is hired as a worker in the ORIZIO company in Brescia;

1966 Emiliano is hired by the company VERTUA in Brescia as Supervisor of the grinding department;

1970 Together with the chief mechanic and another colleague, Emiliano establishes the workshop “NMB”, acronym for Nervi, Mariani and Bontempi, that specializes in the construction of mechanical equipment for the company IVECO;

1979 Emiliano splits with his partners to start a new company founding the Officine Bontempi Emiliano individual company, that specializes in the design and construction of transfer machines;

1981 Production of the first welding machine with capacitive discharge for the sector of the aluminium cookware;

1982 Emiliano, together with two new partners, founds the company E.Pi.E. (Emiliano, Piero and Enrico) which specializes in the design and production of operational units;

1985/1995 The company FMB La Termoplastic is appointed to represent the Officine Bontempi Emiliano on the international market in the cookware sector;

1986 First machines for cookware installed abroad directly by Emiliano, precisely in Greece and Indonesia;

1989 After the retirement of one of the partners, the company E.Pi.E. is taken over and absorbed by Officine Bontempi Emiliano;

1992 The Officine Bontempi Emiliano moves to its current 4,000-square-meter factory in Cellatica, province of Brescia, and specializes in the building of machines for the production of cookware and in the processing on behalf of third parties with machining centers with multiple automatic guided vehicles;

1996 The Officine Bontempi Emiliano takes part in the Cookware fairs of Frankfurt, Chicago and Istanbul entering the international market and, together with its commercial and technical staff, visits its customers all over the world;

1997 The Bontempi Srl is established and Emiliano’s son and daughter, Gianluca and Erika, become partners while Emiliano remains as President and founder.

2003 Bontempi Srl introduces the cold-forming department for the production of accessories for cookware;

2015 Building of the first hydraulic presses in order to supply complete turnkey production lines for cookware;

2018 Design and building of machines and working cells for the pre-assembly of induction discs and for the assembly of painted induction discs.
